No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet, and a browser available on any platform.
Your login details will be emailed to you ahead of the event, if you have registered. You must use these credentials to access the online event.
The event will remain open 24/7 for 60 days. Therefore, you can attend whenever it’s convenient for you during this period of time. We understand your schedule or time-zone may not allow you to attend all of the live sessions of the event.

This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate from anywhere where you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
Yes. You can add all of the documents available to the online swag bag in your account and then email them to yourself.
Yes, you are automatically registered for the virtual meeting. Further details and guidance on how to navigate the meeting platform will be announced in due course. The registration fee you already paid will be imputed partially to e-EUBCE 2020 (see new fees: https://www.eubce.com/registration.html ) and the remaining amount, as a voucher, for EUBCE 2021 that will be held in Marseille from the 26 to 29 April. Thus, if you decide to cancel your participation in EUBCE 2020 because you are not interested in its virtual version, you will be attributed a voucher amounting to the value of the initial registration fee for EUBCE 2021 that will take place in Marseille from April 26 to 29, 2021.
Yes. Registered authors whose abstracts were accepted will be published in the digital book of abstract, which will be available for participants at the start of the conference via the EUBCE website.
Slides will be part of the Conference proceedings, upon authors’ authorization.
